Director of Channels to build and sign revenue generating partnerships with Managed Service Providers, Resellers and OEMs.
The ideal candidate is a well-connected sales professional who has experience working knowledge of the Network Security Software industry. You possess a
strong sales background with qualification and relationship building skills; and a personality and drive to successfully create and extend relationships
with and through partners. You will manage and grow the partnerships that you sign and will work together with the partner to build their business and grow
the revenue stream.
Responsibilities:

Resposnisble for establishing and launching channels program

Achieve monthly bookings quota targets for channels
-
Identify and recruit top partners as defined by the channel planning process

Monitor partners’ performance to objectives and provide guidance and coaching as necessary.

Provide accurate weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast

Maintain knowledge in product, marketplace, and current business issues, and disseminate appropriate knowledge to partners.

Create awareness for solutions amongst assigned team of partners and assist in positioning company as the Solution of choice.

Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product and sales training as needed.

On-board and enable top partners to ensure partner success in selling and supporting solutions

Cultivate strong consultative relationships with key individuals at top partners and act as single point of contact to ensure satisfaction of top
partners

Maintain a detailed understanding of top partners’ business (pain points, investment areas, profitability factors, etc.)
Required Skills/Experience

Knowledge of Channels industry
