The Head of the Online Advertising Sales and Strategy Business Unit will be responsible for building a business from the ground up. This person will report
directly to the Chief Revenue Officer of the company and manage a team.
Job Description

Define, develop and implement short and long term marketing plans for global online advertising sales

Ensure implementation of Product priorities and closely manage the Business Unit product portfolio.

Monitor market trends, sales & performance, and take corrective actions as required.

Identify and exploit new business opportunities.

Leads motivate and develop the team to deliver required performance according to the company strategic objectives.

Distribute & Forecast sales Target according to the pre settled sales plan.

Allocate resources for optimum results.

Control Budget/ activities.

Ensure proper targeting and selection process for customers.

Coach and manage performance appraisal of team

Set the BU product's promotion strategies.

Direct / monitor the organization of all pre-launch / launch activities for new products within the unit.

Communicate with different departments within the organization to ensure the proper flow of communication.

Sign up affiliate deals with large ecommerce providers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.

Sign up advertisers
-
Sign up channel partners who can bring advertising customers.
Requirements:
Must have 10years sales experience , entrepreneur
Must have advertising ad sales experience, track record of getting a business off the ground
