Chris is a seasoned sales professional, business development executive, and executive recruiter with over two decades of experience helping Fortune 1000 to SMB companies recruit top-tier talent. Since joining The Caler Group in 2002, Chris has worked with clients and candidates across a broad range of fields, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, General Counsel, and Six Sigma/Lean Leadership. His expertise spans recruiting for C-level executives to individual contributors at all levels, both domestically and globally.
In addition to his recruitment work, Chris manages the internal operations of The Caler Group and serves as a respected career counselor, dedicated to aligning the goals of candidates and hiring companies for mutual success. His industry knowledge and dedication to creating positive outcomes have led to successful placements in the Financial Services sector (with clients like Bank of America, Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland, National City, AIG, and Fidelity), the Technology sector (Novell, SUSE, Attachmate, NCR, LexisNexis, NTT Data, IBM, Quest, One Identity, Tech Data, ViewSonic), and the Manufacturing sector (Tyco, Johnson & Johnson, Sonoco Products, QEP), among others.
Before joining The Caler Group, Chris held key leadership roles with a global hardware manufacturer, driving retail sales, marketing, and business development across North America and the Caribbean. As a Sales Executive, he advanced to Sales Director, overseeing $150 million in annual revenue and managing 100+ employees. Chris resides in Jupiter, FL, with his wife and four children. He brings honesty, quality, and integrity to every assignment, making him a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
